IL PONTILE

This restaurant is called the Dock, because its characteristic is the wooden structure of the floor in bays of glass that create shades of light blue like the sea.
 
The ingredients that make up the a la carte menu are passion, skill, traditional flavors and also unusual key combinations in new approach.

These ingredients, linked to different moments of the day, climate and seasons of the year, give the opportunity to enjoy light and dynamic meals or rich and elaborate dishes.

The wine list includes labels carefully selected with a prevalence of great Sicilian and Italian wines.

IL GIARDINO

The beauty of this restaurant is emphasized by the presence of an open-air garden furnished with a wrought iron gate of the ancient Sicilian art from the early 1900's and the beautiful jars where prickly pear bloom beautifully.

POOL BAR

Set  in a strategic position overlooking the lobby, swimming pool bordering the sea, the outdoor terrace and solarium.

The feature of this bar is its impressive wooden “Wenge” American bar which gives the environment a warm atmosphere.

IL MORESCO

It takes its name from a horseshoe-shaped counterin Mozarabic art in which became affirmed the use of glazing and the luster of gold that characterizes these beautiful mosaics. Wrought iron railings typical Sicilian style, frame by the environment.

THE ROOF GARDEN

Located on the top floor, large sunny room has large windows with panoramic views of the Ionian Sea.
 
This is a private room and is designated for holding gala dinners and events of various kinds.
